How do I access Ariba Source to Contract?

Suppliers can access Ariba Source to Contract through an invitation from Yancoal. Once invited, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register and log in to the Ariba Network.

What are the system requirements for using Ariba Source to Contract?

Ariba Source to Contract can be accessed through any modern web browser. It is recommended to use the latest version of browsers like Chrome or Edge for the best experience. Ensure that cookies and JavaScript are enabled.

How do I register as a new supplier on Ariba?

You will receive an email invitation from Yancoal. Follow the link provided in the email to the Ariba Network registration page. Complete the required fields, create a username and password, and submit your registration. Standard Account is the minimum requirement.

What should I do if I did not receive a registration email?

Check your spam or junk email folder for the invitation. If you still can't find the email, contact Yancoal’s procurement team at ContractManagement@yancoal.com.au for assistance.

Can I register multiple users for my company?

Yes, multiple users can be registered under a single supplier account. Each user should have a unique email address. The primary contact can add and manage users through the account settings.

How do I update my company profile information?

Log in to your Ariba Network account, go to the Company Profile section, and click on Edit. You can update your contact information, company details, products, and services offered. Make sure to save changes before exiting.

Can I upload documents to my profile?

Yes, you can upload documents such as certificates, licenses, and company policies. Go to the Company Profile section, navigate to the Documents tab, and use the Upload button to add files.

How do I participate in a sourcing event?

You will receive an invitation to participate in a sourcing event from Yancoal. Click on the link in the invitation to access the event details. Follow the instructions to submit your proposal or bid.

Ariba Source to Contract supports various types of sourcing events, including Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and e-auctions.

How do I submit a bid?

Log in to your Ariba account and access the event. Click on the Participate button to view the event details. Complete the required fields, attach any necessary documents, and submit your bid by clicking the Submit button.
